Mr. Counts is CEO of U.S. CAD with over 18 years experience in the Civil Engineering industry. Prior to becoming an independent consultant and later starting U.S. CAD, he studied Civil Engineering at California State University, Long Beach and worked for two different civil engineering firms in Southern California as a designer and staff engineer. Since 1994, Mr. Counts has trained thousands of civil engineers, designers, drafters, and survey professionals on the use of Autodesk Civil technology. He has also taught at various colleges and technical schools and regularly conducts seminars on the benefits of Autodesk technology in civil engineering and has provided implementation services, customization, and training on AutoCAD, Land Desktop, and Civil 3D.

Daniel has 20 years experience working with Autodesk products and 15 years as an educator and implementation specialist. He regularly presents at thought leadership conferences educating the design market on the connections between Building Information Modeling (BIM), sustainable design, design-build, and integrated project delivery. He also provides implementation process analysis, customization, training, and support for the Autodesk Revit products. Prior to joining the Autodesk reseller channel, Daniel worked as a CAD Manager in various firms where he helped them maximize their use of Autodesk technology. As an educator and consultant, he has taught thousands of students on various Autodesk products. A Revit Implementation Certified Expert, Daniel works to help educate companies how to effectively implement Autodesk building design products in a production environment.

Ms. Santer is the Civil Engineering Technical Manager for U.S. CAD with over 7 years experience in the Land Surveying and Civil Engineering industry. Prior to joining the reseller channel she worked as a field surveyor, an inside survey technician and supervisor and moved on to gain experience as a civil drafter and designer for large commercial and industrial projects throughout California. Ms. Santer is an Autodesk Certified Instructor, an Autodesk Civil 3D Implementation Certified Expert, a featured instructor at Autodesk University four years running, has been a part-time professor at California Polytechnic State University, Pomona for several years, and in 2006 earned Autodesk Instructor of the Year for the America’s. She regularly provides implementation, consulting, training, customization, and support for AutoCAD, Autodesk Land Desktop, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and has been involved with over 40 AutoCAD Civil 3D implementations throughout the Western U.S.

Mr. Pisani is a Civil Engineering Technical Specialist for U.S. CAD with over 10 years experience in the Civil Engineering and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) industries. Prior to joining the reseller channel, he gained industry experience working on numerous project types including master planned communities, offsite utility design, and roadway design. In industry, he coordinated design information with survey, transportation, and water resource engineers. Mr. Pisani is an Autodesk Certified Instructor and an Autodesk Civil 3D Implementation Certified Expert.
