Ms. Santer is the Civil Engineering Technical Manager for U.S. CAD with over 7 years experience in the Land Surveying and Civil Engineering industry. Prior to joining the reseller channel she worked as a field surveyor, an inside survey technician and supervisor and moved on to gain experience as a civil drafter and designer for large commercial and industrial projects throughout California. Ms. Santer is an Autodesk Certified Instructor, an Autodesk Civil 3D Implementation Certified Expert, a featured instructor at Autodesk University four years running, has been a part-time professor at California Polytechnic State University, Pomona for several years, and in 2006 earned Autodesk Instructor of the Year for the America’s. She regularly provides implementation, consulting, training, customization, and support for AutoCAD, Autodesk Land Desktop, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and has been involved with over 40 AutoCAD Civil 3D implementations throughout the Western U.S.
