Free Web-based Technical Support for U.S. CAD Customers:

Click here to access our web-based support form to gain access U.S. CAD's technical support specialists to respond and/or resolve technical issues within 2 business hours. 

On-site Technical Support:

U.S. CAD is available to come on-site to your office and provide installation support, network installation support, configuration services, and much more. U.S. CAD offers hourly rates, as well as half-day and full-day rates.

Premier Telephone Support:

By initiating a telephone support contract with U.S. CAD, you will have direct and immediate access to our technical support staff from 7AM PST until 5PM PST via a toll free number. Our support analysts will research and/or resolve issues within 2 business hours. U.S. CAD offers a few different levels of telephone support contracts at various prices depending on your level of need.

U.S. CAD Level 1 Support: AutoCAD & Installation Support Category.

U.S. CAD Level 2 Support: Includes Level 1 PLUS: Network Installation Support.

U.S. CAD Level 3 Support: Includes Level 1 & 2 PLUS: Vertical Product Support for Vertical Products owned (e.g. Revit, Civil 3D, Inventor).
